Visa support

In order to come to Russia, every foreign citizen needs to obtain a Russian visa. Russian visa is issued in the Russian Consulate in your country on the basis of the inviting document from our Center. Our Letter of Invitation allows student to get Russian visa for the period of stay in Russia up to 3 months. The visa is study and single-entry. After 3 months Russian study visa can be prolonged in Moscow till the end of the Study Program for the period up to 1 year and becomes multi-entry.

1. It takes 3-4 weeks to prepare Letter of Invitation for the citizens of the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, United Kingdom, New Zealand and some other countries.

2. It takes 3 days to prepare Letter of Invitation for the citizens of the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland.

With our Letter of Invitation citizens of the above-mentioned countries get the following advantages:

  • In case all the Russian Consulate rules are strictly observed, our student has the right to obtain the Russia study visa without paying consulate fee.
  • All process of visa support takes 3 days, that considerably reduces the period of obtaining the Russian visa.
  • If a student hasn’t enrolled in the Russian language course in time, he is able to do it even 2 weeks before he wants to start the Program and to obtain the Russian visa too.

3. Citizens of the following countries don’t need visa to arrive to Russia:

For the period up to 30 days: Serbia, Turkey, Montenegro.

For the period up to 90 days: Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Israel, Peru, Chile.

In case students from the above-listed countries come for the period more than 30 or 90 days, the Center prepares Letter of Invitation for them to apply for the Russian visa. It takes 3-4 weeks to prepare such a Letter.

NB: According to the rules of the Russian legislation foreign citizens who enter Russia must register their visa within the first 7 working days including the day of arrival. Being the inviting company our School is responsible for the visa registration of the students for whom we organize visa support. The student is obliged to come to our School office the next day after arrival to Russia to start registration process.
